Healthy Tennessee is hosting a free Health Fair in Rutherford County. The event is to be held at Grace Church Worship and Community Center located at 108 Stones River Rd, LaVergne, TN, 37086. The event will include free Health Screenings for all ages, including Blood Pressure, Height/Weight, Glucose Screenings, Well-Child Checks and Bone/Soft Tissue Injuries.
