For more than 50 years, The Tennessee Magazine has been the official publication of our electric cooperatives, keeping member-owners informed about their co-ops, showcasing the wonders of electric service and highlighting the special events around the state.
The cover story in the July 1969 edition featured a Rogersville stage production called “Davy Crockett” about the famous frontiersman. Co-op members also learned about rural electric cooperatives in faraway Alaska and were told that electric grills are “the keys to good outdoor living.”
