French Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • ½ cup + 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons white or champagne wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove, peeled and minced
  • ½ teaspoon onion salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, add the oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and shake well to emulsify. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
