Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • ½ cup + 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon stone ground or Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, add the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, thyme and pepper. Cover and shake well to emulsify. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
