Friends of Mill Ridge Park FRAMILY 5K

It’s the second-annual Framily 5K at Mill Ridge Park — for friends and family and leashed pets too.
The grassland loop trail starts and ends at the new Mill Ridge Regional Park and meanders among the meadows, hilltops, trees, cedar glades and ponds and streams.
You can walk, jog, run or roll (in wagons for little ones) for just over 3 miles with your leashed pets too. Plus, there’ll be the quarter-mile paved loop trail around the great lawn. There is a timed option (9 a.m.) and leisure option (9:30 a.m.)
Sponsored by Bank of America, the proceeds from the Framily 5K create park programs and parkland care by Friends of Mill Ridge Park. Participation is free while premium participation is just $35 and includes an official time certificate, Framily 5K long-sleeve t-shirt, professional Framily 5K photograph, and a Friends of Mill Ridge Park water bottle and hip pack. Refreshments, DJ music, and first aid supplies will be provided by Friends of Mill Ridge Park.
