Ginger-Snapped Holiday Event: Santa Pics + Gingerbread House Contest

Visit CoolSprings Galleria on Saturday, Dec. 14, for Ginger-Snapped, a VIP Santa Experience! Snap photos with Santa and make your own gingerbread house to take home for the holidays and to enter into the contest. There will be light breakfast bites, coffee, and cocoa plus plenty of gingerbread house decorations! It’s sure to be a festive, fun-filled morning for all.

As for the contest, there will be a panel of judges to observe and select the “best” gingerbread house. The winner will receive a gift basket full of gift cards and merch from your favorite retailers and restaurants at CoolSprings Galleria!

The event organizers do ask that you arrive at the CoolSprings Galleria Santa Set promptly at 9 a.m. to start making your gingerbread house as photos with Santa will begin at this time. They’ll let you know your time slot for photos with Santa upon arrival.

Here’s everything you need to know:

• Each ticket includes one digital photo package with Santa + materials to build and decorate one gingerbread house.

• The email you provide during registration will be the email used to send the digital photo package. Up to four children are covered under this photo package. Additional photo options will be available for purchase at the event. You’ll be asked the age of your child and their name, so Santa can provide a personal experience.

• EVENT SEATING for the gingerbread house contest is limited to two seats per ticket (There will only be room for two people in your group to sit at the table for building and decorating the gingerbread house but space for others in your group to roam the event and the mall).
• The event organizers ask that you arrive at 9 a.m. sharp – photos with Santa will begin at this time (if you miss your assigned time they will try to work you in at another time, but they cannot guarantee a later time slot).
• Guests will sit at tables (two seats per ticket) to build and decorate their gingerbread house, while enjoying light breakfast bites, hot cocoa and coffee.
• They’ll let you know when it’s time for your visit with Santa upon arrival and during the event.
• When the event ends at 11 a.m., the group who created the winning gingerbread house will receive a gift basket with merch and gift cards from some of your favorite CoolSprings Galleria retailers and restaurants.
