WHEREAS, Carolyn Bingham was selected by the Board of Directors of Southwest Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation to serve on the Credentials and Election Committee and has served continuously in such capacity; and
WHEREAS, Carolyn Bingham is a deceased Committee Member, and her last term ended in August 2019; and
WHEREAS, Carolyn Bingham has served diligently and faithfully, and her wisdom will be greatly missed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Credentials and Election Committee on behalf of the Board and membership of the Cooperative, that such bodies express deep and lasting appreciation to Carolyn Bingham for her 30 years of service to Southwest Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation and to the cause of rural electrification.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be spread upon the minutes of the Credentials and Election Committee and that a copy be furnished to Carolyn Bingham’s Estate.

WHEREAS, Larry Dawson Sr. is a deceased Committee Member and his last term ended in August 2019; and
WHEREAS, Larry Dawson Sr. has served diligently and faithfully, and his wisdom will be greatly missed.
